At the end of this planning period, the union aims at achieving several overall goals:
1. Affiliated union members from current 50 to 100 at the end of the plan period
2. Member saving of 51,176,537.00 birr to 117, 018,547.00 birr at the end of the plan period.
3. Loan portfolio of 152 million to birr 237 million at the end of the plan period.
4. Collect Birr 8.430 million insurance premiums in the plan period and provide loan insurance.
5. Transform its service to the status of micro cooperative bank /mobile banking service.
6. Open front door service
7. Increase its existing investment capital contribution to Birr 60 Million in plan period
8. Target total Share Capital birr 39,513,000.00
9. Train 2500 trainees from 100 PC committee members an 100 employees
